HISTORY
Escala Properties was created in 2009 after the historic 2008 market crash. With a focus on assisting builders recover income stream, Escala quickly became an asset to local home builders. As a Broker, Richard Hughes, has managed all of the new home sales for the local and reputable Florsheim Homes since 2009.
Due to an increasing new home inventory, in 2015 Richard felt the need to start a team to represent multiple subdivisions in the Central Valley for Florsheim Homes and others. As time went on (and the market picked up), Escala needed to grow to
keep up with the new construction demand. Richard brought on more agents as our local builder clientele ramped up production throughout the Central Valley.

Today our brokerage offers an array of services ranging from traditional residential real estate, new home sales, land acquisition and development, as well as commercial real estate. By providing both resale and new home sales, our company has a unique vantage point over the competition because we get a full view of the overall market vs simply traditional residential real estate.
