Since earning her real estate license in 2015, Jessica Nickell has managed over 370 deals, totaling more than $155million dollars in real estate transactions throughout the Central Valley. In the summer of 2023, Jessica earned her Broker's License and began offering Property Management services to her investor clients.
Jessica places the highest priority on communicating with her clientele to ensure that they have a solid understanding of the process during their transaction period together. She utilizes her Business Degree in Marketing from CSU Stanislaus to advertise and market each property to its full potential. Jessica creates an individual strategy for each property as every house is different and every Seller should be treated uniquely.
Jessica has represented multiple new home builders in the Central Valley and specializes in the field of new construction homes. She has worked with reputable names such as Florsheim Homes, DM Squared Homes, and Fitzpatrick Homes. She has represented popular subdivisions such as the Rose Park collection in Modesto, Feathers Glen in Hughson, as well as Rose Verde & The Enclave in Turlock. Jessie's husband, Ryan Nickell, is a New Home Sales Agent for Escala Properties and represents the Florsheim Homes builder.
